Rob Klugman is counsel to Reisman, Peirez & Reisman L.L.P., a full service commercial litigation and transactional law firm located in Garden City, New York.
Rob represents and advises clients on a full range of corporate legal matters including intellectual property, trademark, unfair competition, trade secrecy, technology licensing, shareholder agreements, employment
practices and issues regarding corporate governance. Rob regularly advises clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, asset sales, spin-offs and securities offerings.
In addition, Rob counsels not for profit organizations in the area of governmental compliance. Rob provides pro bono services to a number of charities and foundations.
Rob was admitted to the the New York State Bar in 1994 and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Rob received a B.A. From George Washington University and his law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University.
